It is a notebook and comes with a CD so the weight for shipping will be the same as the other notebooks (such as Care Group Manual, Christian Worldview University, etc.). The cost is $95. The material includes handouts for a workbook, an answer key, a Spiritual Journal, a Discovering My Ministry workbook, and a CD containing all of the materials. There are five sessions as follows:
